We have been taking our cars to Precision for over 20 years. We can always depend on them to do the job right, on time, and they’re always professional. The service advisors are very straight forward. They will let you know what should be repaired, and provide general recommendations on work that can be deferred if needed without any high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommended!

This shop wants to make an honest profit by doing work that is beneficial to their customers. I highly appreciate this and therefore highly recommend them! I was ready to pay for a recent diagnosis that the shop gave, because they told me in advance what it would cost. But, because it wasn't really a fixable problem, they were kind enough to not charge me anything. I didn't ask for that, they offered. This shows character on their part and is the honorable way to do customer service!

If you have a Honda, Toyota, Acura or some other cars, this is the place to have it serviced or maintained. We have been going to them for over 28 years and they have worked on several of our cars and they are the best. I always know they are not trying to cheat us and always fix something the first time. Honest and friendly people there and its a family owned local business 5 Star

My kid’s shared car needed an oil change and a new brake light! I was worried about the break light during this shelter in place order. I didn’t want one of my kids to get pulled over for a fix it ticket. I took the car down this morning. Kevin was there to take my keys ( he wiped them with a sanitized wipe) with covered face and gloves. Not to mention the two forms of sanitation on the counter, wipes and liquid sanitizer.. I was informed my car would be wiped down before I pick it up. Once again, a pleased customer since 1993 !

My maintenance due light had been on for a month, so I called Precision Auto. They got me in quickly and took care of my car with the same friendly, helpful service that I always get there. I know I can trust Precision Auto to be honest and do the job well.

After going to dealerships for maintenance on my vehicles for years, I am happy we started taking our Lexus to Precision for routine maintenance today. They did a complete 60k mileage routine maintenance and installed new front and rear brakes. I had my car back the same day, which had never happens at a dealership. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was excellent. They went out of their way to find discounts on our behalf. The best part is that we did it "locally ", not big box! Will definitely take our vehicles here from now on!!

These guys are fantastic; super knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. I had a notorious issue with the turbo on my '08 Acura RDX, and they were willing to work with me on a somewhat unorthodox solution I found through some online research. Saved me at least $4,500 in the process. Highly recommended

I have always gone to the Toyota dealership for oil changes and major services. During my 60K service (which was $600! And that's after I refused several services), they told me that my alignment was off, and I needed to fix it ASAP...but they didn't give me the option of having it done right then. They quoted me at $180 for the alignment, which I thought sounded high. I decided to go to Precision Auto Repair after reading all the good things on Yelp. They only charged $90 (literally half of what I was quoted at the dealership), and they finished in less than an hour. The waiting room had comfortable chairs, coffee/hot chocolate, snacks, and free wifi. I plan on making this place my go to repair shop for all my future needs.
