Easy and straight forward. Thank you Ken for easy transaction and transparent negotiation on what to do with me car. They wont rip you off and will ask you first if you want to do the service and if you are okay with the price. Thank you Jack for doing everything what my car needs and following my specifics for my car. Had everything done, engine oil and filter, brakes inspection pads and rotor life, transmission fluid change, transfer case fluid change, and rear differential fluid change.

We have been using Precision Auto since 1996. They somehow coaxed 275,000 miles out of our Honda minivan and our current car is approaching 190,000 miles. We cannot adequately express our appreciation for the way, our cars have been maintained. We have moved from Pleasanton, but still make the 45 minute drive back just to get our car serviced with Precision. It’s a first class company with first class people.

I highly recommend this shop for Honda service! I recently took my vehicle in for the B14 maintenance minder code (oil change, tire rotation, mechanical inspections, and spark plugs/fluids). They were incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and finished the work right on time. Honest mechanics and excellent customer service—I'll definitely be back.
