Kevin - service advisor is excellent! Always provided good pictures of cars issues and great recommendations what should be done. Exceptionally clean, smart designed waiting office and all area around it. You can see that folks here are taking care of customers and business with pride. They offer 24 months of warranty on repairs - nobody else in Bay Area does that!!! So, Precision really know what to do with your car to keep you happy with the service. Folks always follow up on repairs to make sure your car is running great and you are happy with it. Excellent business! We are lucky to have these guys taking care of our cars.
