I want to personally thank Ben, Kevin and Tyler of Precision Auto for the many years of service they have given our family with our many Acura vehicles. I have been coming to Precision for about 15 years with several Acuras that our family has owned over the past, most notably our 1998 "BLACURA" - a black Acura RL that has been giving us some trouble with the emission system. Tyler and his crew spent 2 days trying to find the problem as to why the check engine light kept coming on.....there is obviously something going on with the emission system but it could not be identified today. I was not charged a dime and they encouraged me to come back should the light come back on. This is the way they do business; they are loyal to their customers and do not unnecessarily charge you even though they have spent numerous hours trying to fix your problem! They are a class act and the best car repair dealership I have ever encountered in the Tri-Valley.
