As usual, I was very happy with my car service at Precision. They notified me of a screw in my tire, which I was not happy to hear about, but of course, it was not their fault.

We've used precision auto repair for almost 3 years now and they have looked after our SUV and minivan. We've been really happy with everything they've done and always feel the cars are running nicer after services. We've also done the headlight restoration on one car (as it is getting on...) and had the rotors replaced on the minivan. Could not be happier with both of those. These are specials that the shop do, and I can highly recommend them if your headlights are yellowish or brakes shudder. Lastly, Kevin is supper good at communicating issues, status etc. He explains recommendations, but never pressures you to have things done. It is now the case that when he suggests this is something I really should look at doing, I do, as I trust his advice and the expertise and professionalism of the mechanics at this shop. Highly recommended!

Precision Auto provides top quality service and they are very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. they even provided a ride home when I took the car in.
