Always a pleasure working with the Precision team. They are honest and always provide me with a plan of action to tackle what I need to do with my camry based on priority. The option to use one of their loaner vehicles for a nominal fee is important to me because I drive daily for work. The only reason this is only a 4 star review is because I was charged for a break inspection, I guess because I told them when I dropped off the car that I'll need my front rotors done soon because my breaks shutter down hill in conversation.They always tell me my break's status when I get oil changes so why this extra $30+ fee this time? (I got an oil change and transmission drain and refill) I guess I'll have to pay attention more closely next time before I sign the work request when dropping off.

I have been bringing my Acura and Honda vehicles to Precision for the last 20+ years. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff and provide outstanding service.

These guys are the best. Unfailingly excellent in all aspects of service.

Fantastic as always

My technician Kevin was very responsive to what I needed done to repair my 2002 Acura MDX. Once my car arrived, Kevin quickly assessed what needed to be repaired and gave me a reasonable price quote. Once my car was ready, Kevin actually gave me a lower price than he quoted and my car was ready as stated.

Important thing they take care of you and make sure your car is serviced properly. Good job guys !

Very happy with the service I received from Precision Auto Repair. When I walked in to check in my car they greeted me by name (phone conversation) even though it was my first time bringing my car in. Ken did a great job of notifying me at every step. He also called me to let me know what time they closed. I will definitely return for some other work that needs to be completed.
