My 2007 Honda Accord wouldn't start & needed a new battery. I got the new battery installed by AAA, then my anti-theft cd player/radio decided it would disable itself. Luckily I had the code that needed to be input but either I tried too many times & got locked out. No music to listen to-bummer! I called the shop & talked to Kevin explaining what happened & he told me to bring it in to see what they could do. I was there in about 20 minutes from Livermore & fit me in to their schedule. They were able to input the code in successfully & I was on my way with my music playing away! Their customer service has always been amazing & helpful and that's why I will continue to bring my car into them to be serviced!
