Had the second oil change done on my 2015 CRV. Prior to this, I had a 2002 Accord which was taken to Precision for all maintenance. I have only POSITIVE comments to make about the group and the service I receive there. I recommend them frequently.

Precision continues to impress. I've been using them for a couple years now. All work done as requested and done right the first time. Kevin, at front desk, has NEVER tried to up sale me. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to family and friends.

Great service provided by Kevin! Dealer quoted me about $1000+ to fix front arm, so I decided to call Precision Auto, and was pleasantly surprised that it was way less expensive, more than half. Took my car to Precision and done in a day. Thanks!!

I truly appreciated that Tyler reminded me I may have a protection plan on my tires at another location to get a free flat repair. Top notch service and front desk professionalism. I called around for quotes on timing belt/water pump for my Sienna and not only were they the most affordable but also the most accommodating. Loaner car/free wifi/other freebies were just icing on the cake. Will definitely be a re-occurring customer after this visit. Well done.

I don't know if it is permissible to love an auto repair company, but I love Precision. As long as they are in business, I will continue to drive a Honda. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with the service I have received, and I have been going to Precision for more years than I care to admit.
