I've always trusted my car and van at Precision. This time was no different. I've asked to service my Honda. Ben explained to me that an item I've asked for was not needed at this time. Rather another check was needed. Great crew excellent service. That's why I keep coming back and my 96 Honda still runs like a clock.

Once again, I am pleased with the service that I have received from Precision Auto Repair in Pleasanton. Kevin was very helpful throughout the process and even recommended me to another repair shop for my a vehicle that they do not regularly service. In comparison to the dealer, I am satisfied with the quality of work and price that I was charged. I got brakes, rotors, and had to have a sliding door fixed. So glad that it did not Brake (break) the Bank, as they say.
