My car shut down on me early Tuesday morning, leaving me stuck at an intersection with lots of unhappy people. AAA came to my rescue and towed me to Precision, where right from the start I felt completely comfortable and knew I could trust these guys. Ben was my main associate. He was incredibly friendly, apologized that I was having such a bad morning and walked me through their process, diagnostic payments, etc and let me know there was a shuttle available if I needed to get back to work. I grabbed some stuff out of my car, gave them the reigns over my little bucket and only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle, which was a quick and easy drive down the street with another friendly employee. Ben advised me that they might not be able to get to my car today, which was ok with me, but they are quick and around 1pm he calls me with a run down of the issues and a price. I did not move forward with any work as I figured it's just my time to move on from my little clunker. Even though I declined repairs, I still received five star service; they let me keep my car there over night with no charge, I was able to have it towed out of their yard by another company, and walked away with more knowledge and a new car shop for life! Highly recommended for cheap diagnostics and friendly, quick service!
