Kevin and Ben are great. They consider the car owner as well as listen to the customer concerns. We had a fix that took a couple days. That was well communicated, made well aware of the costs and when the vehicle will be ready.

We have been so happy with Precision for many years. They are honest and do fantastic work on our vehicle. So much so that when I realized that I purchased a new car and it's a model they don't work on, I was so disappointed. They are amazing!!!

I have been a customer for over 15 years now. I know I made the right decision. I've had a flat tire toward the end of Friday 12/26 and Precision (Tyler and his team) were willing to take me in. Spare tire was installed for free with a recommendation to change all 4 tires.
