Once again Kevin and Ben continue to impress everyone. I made an appointment and my car was serviced right on time. The waiting area is super clean and stocked with a variety of coffees and teas for customers to enjoy. The daily newspaper, magazines and 2 computers are available to ease waiting. I was finished in an hour!..didn't even have time to finish my coffee...now that's what I call service...thanks again gentlemen!

WOWOW! It never fails to amaze us, how going the extra mile is standard with Precision! We had an odd problem, but Precision solved it and now my gas gauge and fuel monitor are back in sync! No wonder we keep our cars so long, we have a place to trust our vehicle care to!

Ordered a replacement mirror for our TL that had been loose for a long time. Kevin received the part in one day, called me and it was installed while I waited. Very efficient service! Thanks.

Kevin and crew are polite, friendly, and professional. They explain to me every time what they will be doing to my car and how much will cost. Within the day, I pick up my car from them good as new. I live in San Francisco now, and I still go to them.
