Had a problem with my driver's door lock, a problem that Precision had addressed 6 months before. Precision fixed it under their warranty in one hour, no charge, and I was on my way again. My only regret is that I have moved to a city which is too far away to get my car regularly serviced by Precision - I had trusted them with my two Acura's for twelve years.
