Customer Service is always great here. It's very cost-effective also. Just let Precision do the dealer scheduled maintenance checks (they are certified) for about 2/3rds the cost, and they will keep your car running great. After your warranty is over, keep going, and your car will keep going and going!

I love Precision Auto Repair and all of the people I know there. I began coming to Precision after buying my first new 1980 Honda. Despite moving from Ptown late 89... my 4 new Honda products were ONLY serviced by Precision. I was a road rep driving 25,000 miles a year for many years. My livelihood was dependent on my auto for 25+ years. I could always rely any repair to be necessary and well taken care of. The majority were normal service and maintenance visits. Loved that Toyota was added a few years ago and now bring in my Lexus. Great people and great business.

As always, Precision Auto Repair is professional and thorough. Unfortunately, I had a leak in my radiator. We asked Kevin to see where the leak was coming from and were accommodated with no questions asked. My car was put up on the rack and we were shown the area it was coming from. I also have to add that I'm thankful for the coupon we had just received in the mail, which saved us quite a bit of money! Thank you Precision!

Precision has consistently done quality work on my Toyota Tacoma, and my family has been using them for years. Everyone is friendly, there is a nice waiting area to relax and wait in (or they'll give you a ride!), and everything goes smoothly, every time.
