Omygosh! I live in Santa Cruz and I bring in all 4 of our vehicles for service to Precision. I have been with them for over 25 years. I get fine service from our local dealer and on occassion have to use them when I get get over the hill into Pleasanton. But I so trust the crew, Kevin, Ben and everyone who works on my cars. They are always spot on, very very fairly priced, and they never oversell a service. Yet, they are cognizant that I commute great distances and always want the cars to be safe. They have even purchased my old cars as loaners! You are lucky if you are in the bay area and don't have to commute to take your car in.

I have been coming to Precision Auto since 2007 and have always had a good experience. I appreciate that they don't recommend unneeded services, and they attempt to fix problems in the lowest cost manner first. And they stand behind their warranty.

Another excellent visit. Had 3 major issues with my car and they were able to completely finish the job in one day...AND gave me a loaner car, free of charge....AND gave me a 10 percent discount off labor. Can't get any better than that. Their service is outstanding!
