I just had a minor service this week - replacing a head light - and called Precision to see if they were available to change out the bulb. I was advised to come on in within the next 45-60 minutes and they could accommodate this for me. A reasonable estimate was given to me in writing. When the car was ready I was surprised to find out the actual work done took a bit less time on their part and would actually cost a bit less than anticipated! I was pleasantly surprised at the more than fair pricing and the refreshing honesty provided and will definitely return in the future.

We bring both of our Toyotas here for service. They are always professional, prompt and honest.My last visit I thought I heard a problem with my brakes? The owner went on a test drive with me. Did a full inspection, removing the tires etc. Reassured me my brakes were still fine and charged me nothing!!They have my loyalty!
