I HAD THE 06 PILOT TRANSMISSION FLUIDS DRAINED AND REPLACED. I USED THEIR SERVICE THAT TOOK ME HOME AND PICKED ME UP WHICH IS GREAT. MY PILOT HAS BEEN SERVICED HERE SINCE IT WAS NEW AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. I HAVE REFERRED MANY PEOPLE HERE BECAUSE OF THAT.

I LOVE Precision Auto! They ALWAYS do an excellent job!! They truly care about the customer and care for their cars that they maintain. I don't have a lot of money to always fix my car, so they always prioritize what needs to be done, and we chip away at the list as needed. My old mechanic had left the area and we have been in limbo for a few years. My husband needed brakes and I went looking for recommendations. I had a few referrals and I knew this place existed from the plate ring that everyone grabs out of the waiting room. I went on Yelp and all the raving reviews got me to call and get an appointment for the next morning. Ben was very friendly and professional. He said he would call me at lunchtime, he did, gave me an estimate, and I was able to pick up my car before 4PM the same day. These guys are great and I will be back.

I am always impressed. They do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. They keep you informed. They look you in the eye, they smile, and they explain a diagnosis without talking down to this middle aged woman.

Precision Auto provides updates on the status of potential repairs. This time they helped me prioritize which repairs really needed to be done now. After watching one item for months, it really needed to be repaired. Next month I'll tackle the next one.
