I needed a diagnostic test about the side airbags and was quoted a fair price. When I returned for the car, they said it didn't take as long as expected to locate the problem, and only charged half the price. Its rare to experience that kind of honesty. A few days later, I had to go in for a minor job, and they didn't even charge me at all. Thanks very much, Precision!

Precision is consistently reliable and reasonably priced. They always have a friendly driver waiting there to take me back home if my car will be a while. LOVE their waiting room when I do wait. This is the ONLY place I'll go for service on my Lexus. Just wish I wouldn't have to remember to remind them to reset the oil change notification on my car's computer each time. But these guys are the best!
