I would like to thank Kevin, Ben and the Precision crew for fixing my car on such short notice. My car was broken into and the ignition switch was damaged so I couldn't start the car. I had it towed to you guys and it was repaired that day.

I've been a satisfied customer since 1980!

I have been to Precision several times over several years and have always thought that they were the rarest of mechanics--both honest and competent. Sometimes you can find one attribute or the other, but seldom both in the same place. Not the cheapest place around, but not the most expensive either.

Fast, polite service in writing-up the oil change and ringing me up at the end. However, I would of appreciate it if the Service Advisor had mentioned that that Technician had inspected the car (as per the work summary) and if the Technician had found anything. I could have asked the Service Advisor, but assume that everything was okay since the Service Advisor did not say anything.A simple statement such as: "The Technician inspected your car and found no issues" would have been good.

I have been using Precision Honda for more than 15 years for both routine maintenance and major repairs. The staff is unfailingly courteous and professional. I have been very satisfied with the level of service on all manner of repairs. I credit Precision Honda with keeping my first Accord in working condition for 250,000+ miles.
