My 2007 honda was making a weird noise when cold, in reverse. So I had taken it to several different places to get it looked at but no one could find the problem. My co-worker refered me to precision so I tried it out. And precision found the problem and got it taken care of. Honestly, I think the dealership would of took every dollar from me but precision offers excellent service at a reasonable price :) I am ONLY going to precision from now on...

I have been a customer for years but with no Hondas in the family, I was going elsewhere for a couple years. I Bought a used Honda and needed a "Used Car Inspection." This like all Precision services was conducted professionally and timely. Additionally, I was late picking the car up (thinking they closed at 6 not 5). I got there at 5:30 and staff was still there to unlock the doors and check me out. That was going above and beyond what would be expected. My new "used" Honda is is excellent hands at Precision.

We have always had great experiences with Precision Auto Repair. They provide excellent service for a reasonable fee. They used to provide service for a Honda Civic that we owned and then sold; we were glad to return to Precision when we purchased a new Honda several years later. We have great confidence in Precision Auto Repair.
