Always friendly, always honest about when work can wait and when it should be done asap, and they always do a great job. Update: Just had service for our vehicles again. One of them had an oil leak and they called us to say it may be under warranty still so we should check that out before they do the work so we don't have to pay for it :-) I don't think to many mechanics would do that.

An honest repair shop! I took my car in for factory recommended fluid exchanges. The owner’s manual did not specify that one of those services was only for certain model levels. After I dropped off, Kevin called me to confirm that I had asked for that service and kindly let me know that it did not apply to my car and that I would be saving some money! Precision is less expensive than the two local dealers. I can usually get in same day or next day and they’re upfront with their pricing. My car has always been ready when they say it will be. There’s a Starbucks around the corner so take your laptop with you and get some steps in while you wait. They do offer transportation to and from, if needed. I very much recommend this shop and have sent family and friends.

Precision is the very best place to service or repair you car. I like them so much I drive all the way from Aptos. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Kevin is always welcoming. He provides excellent customer service by listening to my concerns, explains in detail what will be accomplished and then goes over what was done.

Precision auto is now my go to for my Honda CR-V I had a bad experience at another place, and will never go back to it.
