For the first time I don’t see engine oil dripped on my driveway from my Honda after Precision worked on it. This problem persisted for over 2 years and repeated visits to the repair shop I used and thousands of $ of repair costs. Precision showed me that the cause of the continued oil leakage was due to an incorrectly installed cam shaft seal. I was only charged close to the estimated amount even more work/ parts were used. Kent was extremely courteous and I was pleasantly surprised that the owner, Tyler, did the work himself! I can’t say I have a better experience in any repair visits including luxury car dealerships. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Always excellent service, at fair prices. Easy to get an appointment, free ride home, and great communication about the repair once they do the diagnostic.
