I've been bringing my MDX here for about 6 years. Repairs are always completed in a timely manner. They are friendly and honest. I've never felt like they've tried to take advantage of me and sell me on unnecessary repairs. Even now that I have moved out of the area, I make arrangements to be able to bring my car back for service.

Precision has been taking care of my Lexus since new. I always get quality service and have never felt that they have ever tried to up-sell me for anything that was not necessary. Kevin is always easy to work with and must be the most stylishly dressed service advisor in the area ;)

My car battery died today so I called Precision Auto to see if they could replace it for me. They squeezed me in and, for a reasonable price, replaced my battery in under 30 minutes. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business!

Another great service at Precision! Car had a small oil leak that was not easily diagnosed. After discussing in further detail when the leak was happening (with Kevin)...they were able to find the issue and resolved it at no charge! Thanks again guys.
