I have been to the auto repair shop twice and both times I had a pleasant experience. Very professional and quality work on my Lexus car. The front office feels like a dealer in terms of the conveniences like WiFi, coffee and TV with magazines yet the repair costs are much less than a dealer.

We had been looking for a local mechanic to service/repair our Tundra and Lexus ever since Scott from ‘Scott’s Automotive’ sadly passed away. We have now located an automotive shop which embodies all the great qualities that ‘Scott’s’ had: ‘Precision Auto Repair’ in Pleasanton. This was my first visit to the shop and Kevin at the front counter couldn’t have been any more professional and competent when I dropped my truck off for repair in the morning. By late afternoon on the same day I had my truck back. I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of the work that was done, the price and the way in which I was treated. In the future we will bring our vehicles here as there is no need for us to go anywhere else. Thanks again... Kris Kvale
