I work as a technician at this shop. When I first started I thought I was a pretty good tech upon starting I soon came to realise that I was a hack in comparison to the professionalism of the shop. I definitely had to step it up a lot to meet their quality of work. We do 98% of work in house that is how we save our customer their money. My Prius dash lit up like a xmas tree the other night in Oakland so I knew I needed to have it towed to Precision in Pleasanton. They've taken great care of my Prius and my Honda Prelude for years and I trust them completely. They confirmed that my ten year old hybrid battery had finally gone bad and Kevin asked if I was sitting down for the estimate since the battery alone costs over $2000. Thankfully, Kevin worked with me as a long time customer and gave me a very fair deal and they had my car up and running the next day. They even helped coordinate with another tech to replace my windshield on their property because I had that appointment scheduled a month earlier. Precision, I am so grateful for your amazing customer service and high quality work!
