Mr Ken helped me out with his valuable suggestions On Friday evening Owners and Ken stayed late so that I can get my car home Highly recommend

The people @ Precision did a great job correcting a couple of things on my Tacoma! I use them consistently for maintenance on 3 of our vehicles. But they went beyond this when they could correct some non-maintenance issues on the Tacoma. Thanks guys!

If you want to be over charged, ripped off and lied to this is the Auto Shop you want to go to! I had my boyfriend take my car to this location because of a "family referral" and it ended up being a total nightmare. All I wanted was to get my brakes fix. That's it! Easy right? Nope! Ben quoted us $400 for the whole job and let us know it would be cheaper if we provided our own parts. So my boyfriend took his advice and bought the brake pads out of his own pocket and we were then promised the final total would drop to $250 since we did that. Out the door, $250. Seemed a little pricey if you ask me but I said ok because I was desperate and needed new brakes. My car was supposed to be done the same day and I needed it for the rest of the week to get to and from work. Not only did they keep my car for 3 nights and I had to Uber to and from work everyday but they then charged me $700 at the end of the week! I called and left several voicemails and finally got a call back a few days later. Ben swore up and down he told my boyfriend of the additional costs and he agreed to it. Flat out lie. My boyfriend would never approve of $1,000 bucks just for brakes! We are only 20 years old and don't just have money to just throw around like that. Not only did they not want to help me out but Ben also informed me (after the fact) that since we brought our own parts in they charged us even more in labor because "they gotta pay their guys somethin'." Why would you tell us to bring parts in to "save money" when you are just going to go behind our backs and charge us double in labor? They didn't feel bad, they didn't refund me any money even though they lied and charged us an additional $500. Never ever, ever going back to this place again. They walked all over us and wiped me clean simply for BRAKES! They said they fixed other things on my car that I didn't even ask them to do. The things they additionally fixed I could've had my father in law do for free and they took it upon themselves to fix the rest without a phone call warning us of the additional costs. Had I known they were doing all that I would've immediately told them to stop and to give the car back. Only go here if you have money to blow and want them to do additional things to your car without your permission. Unbelievable.
