Just another 5-star review! After incorrectly assuming that my oil change would be done immediately (even though I did not request it when I made the appointment), I was offered a loaner car, free of charge, to use while my car was being serviced. This was a huge help as I had several errands and appointments already lined up. I was told my car would be ready by noon, and @ 11:55 a.m., they called to say it was ready. So even with an unexpected "bump", things went smoothly! Precision Automotive...#1 in my book!!!

Precision is the best. They are always friendly, fast and efficient. They know what needs to be done to my vehicle and they are always honest when repairs, other than standard maintenance must be done. I take all my vehicles the Precision and I refer them to other people when I can.
