I’ve had really bad experiences with giving feedback through these algorithmic services. I know you want to give customers a forum, and that’s admirable, But my experience has been that unless the feedback is absolutely superlative the employee(s) involved end up having the algorithm distort their actual performance toward the negative. I’ve been bringing my cars to you since the early ‘90s. Let that be evaluation enough.

Service is excellent, as always. Really appreciate the serious attention to details, progress reports and willingness to go the extra mile. Been bringing my Hondas and Acuras here for decades.

Precision Auto Repair has always performed stellar service on my vehicle. Been steady customer for several years. Prices quoted are far better than choosing auto dealerships. There is comfortable waiting lounge with beverages, TV monitor and electronic hook ups. Morning shuttle service offered in the early part of the day. Otherwise, walkable distance to Downtown Pleasanton to access other local businesses, eateries, etc. -Jeanne

Very thorough and efficient. I waited in a very comfortable room--comfy lounge chairs--with cup holders for the coffee/tea they had available.

Ken is very nice, professional and very accommodating. They are very honest. I also love that they can bring me to work and pick me up as well. Glad they have coupons to get discount on services. I am glad I found them. Just wish they can do other vehicles too like Dodge.
