As always great service, really informative and straightforward. I really appreciate that. They use photos and even video to show issues with the car so you can see what’s going on. They never try to upsell you. They just tell you what you need and what is safe and what can wait

Tylar from Precision Auto Repair took care of my Toyota Corolla 120K miles service. During the service, technician found driver side Axle failed and they took care. They are really Pro in car repair.

Thorough & honest. Takes the time to explain what is needed versus what can wait and/or good maintenance schedule to help prioritize your needs. I feel good taking my mom’s vehicle here knowing she’s in good hands with an honest shop. They also offer a loaner car if you need one. Excellent service, very professional. Will Definitely be coming back.
