Three warning lights came on on the dash of my '05 Toyota Highlander and I took it into Precision to be checked. I noticed I had not attached the gas cap correctly after the last fill and with this info, Kevin was able to do a quick computer code scan and discovered that was the only problem! I have been a customer at Precision for several years and this courtesy service is one of many reasons I will continue to take my Toyota and Acura to Precision. Thank you!

Went to Big O in Pleasanton who replaced my tires. They also told me my front brakes needed replacing, price quoted... $430. Dropped my car to Precision Auto and they gave me the same diagnosis for front brakes but the price they charged.... $306. These guys are great, honest, fast, no tricks, no marketing. I'm a repeat customer !

I live in Hayward but drive all the way to Pleasanton because of the great service. I know my car will be serviced/repaired right and on time. I have been using Precision Auto for over 10 years and will continue to do so. Ben, Kevin and the gang are great.

Moved here from out of state and have seen a few auto repairs since I have been here. I absolutely love this place. They are honest, clean and reasonable with prices. They were able to fix a problem that others couldnt figure out what the issue was. I trust this place 100% and would recommend them to anyone!

I had my clutch replaced here after it died. I could tell it was the clutch but when they took it apart they still showed me so I knew they were not lying which was nice and later when I was still having problems one of the employees devoted a day trying to detect it and what it was. I later found out the issue was my alternator is on the way out and I need it replaced soon so I am going back here.
