I used to service my two Hondas at the dealership as I was not sure if I could find anybody else I could trust. All that until I found out about Precision Auto from a friend. Since then I have been servicing both my cars here for the last few years. Kevin and Ben are very helpful with providing meaningful and honest advise. They take the time to explain what's going on with the car, in as much detail as you need to feel comfortable. They are both very knowledgeable and you definitely get the feeling that your car is with people who know what they are talking about. The shuttle drop back to office and pickup works perfect in the mornings. There is no afternoon shuttle and that makes it a little complicated if the car needs more work. It's not been a big issue for me as I always get somebody at work to drop me off to pick my car, but it could be a problem for some others. Ben and Kevin are very prompt about keeping you informed about the progress of the work, giving you ample time to plan ahead. WiFi access and coffee at the lounge makes waiting comfortable during the quicker jobs. Very happy with the service and will gladly recommend.

Precision always does a good job in a timely manner. Kevin and Ben are great.

Omygosh! I live in Santa Cruz and I bring in all 4 of our vehicles for service to Precision. I have been with them for over 25 years. I get fine service from our local dealer and on occassion have to use them when I get get over the hill into Pleasanton. But I so trust the crew, Kevin, Ben and everyone who works on my cars. They are always spot on, very very fairly priced, and they never oversell a service. Yet, they are cognizant that I commute great distances and always want the cars to be safe. They have even purchased my old cars as loaners! You are lucky if you are in the bay area and don't have to commute to take your car in.
