My experiences at Precision Auto are always excellent. I know that my Civic is being repaired by true professionals, that I will be consulted before jobs are carried out, and that I will be treated with respect and courtesy. I have had unfortunate experiences at other shops where it was assumed that I couldn't or wouldn't understand the mechanic and/or that they could talk me into an expensive and unnecessary repair, but Precision Auto is the exact opposite. I'll continue to bring my car here and I highly recommend it to others.
