As usual, the Precision staff were courteous and thorough and the work was done on time and as promised. .

My daughter did a walk in oil change. While she had to wait to get service at check in, they did service her car as a check in. At check out, they had written a comment in recommendations for a motor mount, but they didn't discuss that with her. I have had that happen to me also. I wish they would address anything in the recommendation area. Other then that, we always are happy with our experience here and am happy that we have a place we can trust available to us!

Friendly staff, clean waiting room with computers to use, always a good experience when I bring my vehicles in for service.

We absolutely love Precision Auto Repair! We currently have 3 cars that we have serviced there and have been using them for over 15 years! They are professional, their shop is very clean and Kevin and Ben are very friendly and knowledgable! Precision is always honest and tells you what your car really needs at that particular service and doesn't try to sell you something you don't yet need! Highly Recommend them!
