My husband and I have been coming here for several years now, and they always take care of me and my car. I appreciate that there is no condescending attitude toward me as a woman. They answer all my questions and explain anything they find. We can't always afford to get everything done at once, so they help us prioritize what needs to be done right away and what can wait.

I recently had a corroded muffler replaced at Precision and am very pleased with the professional service. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the parts and repair were performed as promised by the staff. I have been using Precision Auto Repair for over 10 years and have been continually impressed by the professionalism of the staff.

Once again, Precision Auto Repair gave it's usual fantastic service. In all areas including customer service (great coffee and internet access), friendly and knowledgeable explanation of what was needed to fix the problems, fair pricing and "over the top" work! In the 20+ years I have been their client, I have never doubted their honesty in their work or the integrity of the company!They are without a doubt the very best auto repair facility I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to never again worry about their vehicle being taken care of in the very best fashion.

Sorry Renee, too little too late. This was way more than just mis-communication. The staff at this place are arrogant....and it's only getting worse. They may be able to charm the old ladies, but anyone with half a brain will go elswhere.

I have been a Precision Auto Repair customer for over 20 years off and on. I recently purchased a high-mileage 2006 Honda Civic and this was the first time they had serviced "Gracie". She's a dark gray car and that's her trusty name.Kevin was incredibly professional as well as the Shuttle driver who lives in San Ramon. Kevin took the intake and asked all of the right questions necessary to get the order complete. I asked that the car be given a special inspection since I wasn't sure what the previous owner(s) had done to keep the service up. In other words, I gave them a "blank check" to fix anything needed to keep the "Honda Standard". Kevin called a couple hours later to report just a few minor concerns, but no big fixes were necessary. Whew! They continue to be tops in my book. I only wish they had shuttle service at the end of the day as I live clear across town and it's a pain bumming a ride to pick up my serviced car. Also, look for the internet specials!Rod - Pleasanton
