it is not only that they provide good service but i have come to trust them. i am a woman and have not always had good experiences with car repairs. however when i take my car to precision, i am treated well, and with respect. they don't try to fleece me but tell me honestly what i need to continue to drive safely. I have been very happy with all the service our five cars have had at your shop. Having older cars that run well is very important. Whenever we drop off a car in the morning - I arrange for their driver Art to bring me home - very nice, and make myself a cup of coffee for the ride home.I always feel like I know what I am getting done, the price and when it will be ready for pick up. I never feel like I have been taken advantage of being a woman in a mans world of automobiles. The only thing I would recommend is a complimentary car wash when you spend two hundred dollars! Just like Lexus and Acura!!
