Precision has always been very timely and accomodating during the times when my car is being serviced. I get accurate estimates for cost and service time. The waiting room is comfy and have used a loaner on more than one occasion. The staff is friendly and professional. I am so pleased to have them for all my Toyota needs.

Our van broke down on the road, but we were able to quickly arrange with Precision that they will accept the tow truck 'delivery'. Precision quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. Thanks!

Took our Accord in for a 105,000 mile service and everything went well. We knew it would be costly (as the timing belt/pump replacement is), but Precision was cheaper (and nicer) than the dealer. The service department was really good at explaining the results of the inspecition and how to handle what repairs were needed now versus later. Glad to know we now have a reliable place to take our car for any need we have.
