Check Brake light went on during the drive home so we headed directly to Precision Auto to hopefully be serviced the next day. Since it was after hours, we did not have an appointment. By 10:00 am the next day, Precision Auto had diagnosed the problem, provided a quote and promised it would be completed by the end-of-the-day. Everything was great. It's extremely comforting to have an auto repair place that you trust.

The maintenance was done in the time stated. I have not driven said Van on a long trip yet, but will do so on the 22nd.At this juncture my only other comment concerns the price I had to pay. I feel that around three hundred would have been a fair price, so I will no doubt seek a more competitive price the next time around. Howard Neelly

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service. The customer service is excellent, and everyone is so friendly and accomodating. I have been using Precision for years and have always had great service on my Hondas.

I've been receiving email updates from Precision Auto Repair, and realized it was time for my oil change. I decided to try the online appointment scheduler, and it worked like a charm!I had even forgotten to print out my 10% off coupon, but they applied it to my bill anyway. As usual, the service, and the CUSTOMER service were great. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Precision Auto Repair is THE place for car service!

I was able to make an appointment at Precision Auto and have the repairs done while I waited. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repairs completed on time. The staff was courteous and kept me informed all along the way;
