While obtaining 120K service at Precision my Check Engine light came on. They called and asked me if the light had been on previously. I told them definitely not. Since this happened on their watch and with 120K service they obviously were changing/touching many aspects of the car they determined the code from the car and fixed the reported issue at no charge to me. I appreciated their honesty and dealing with me fairly.

As always the service was quick and efficient. That's why I come back even though I've moved away from Pleasanton.

The first time I went to precision they were friendly & knowledgeable & helpful. Then I went a 2nd time and they were still very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Then I needed to go in for a minor service and smog test. To my surprise they were the same as when I first went to them and that is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been scammed before on repairs so I was a little hesitant but precision has proved to me that there are honest, knowledgeable people that you can trust to repair your car. Thank you precision.

Have had my cars serviced by them for 24 years now. They are honest, helpful, great price, and can get me an appointment right away for whatever needs to be done. I would recommend them to anyone! Keep up the good work! & Thanks!

I have been a customer of Precision since 1980 when I purchased my first Honda. I now drive an Acura and I still tell my friends and family that Precision is the best, friendliest, most reasonable place to get a car serviced. I have complete trust in their work ethic and advice.

Why can't the entire world run like Precision!? I have been going there for 27 years- since they had the cat in the waiting room :) They are respectful, knowledgeable, fair and they always go the extra mile for the customer. I transferred to the area and inquired at work about a trustworthy mechanic for my Honda- my co-workers with Hondas all said "go see Kevin & Ben & Bob at Precision". I almost disowned my daughter when she bought a Toyota but then Precision began servicing them. Whew! Bring your car here for an honest assessment and good & timely service.

Excellent job as usual, Kevin and Ben are always professional and friendly. I'll never take my Honda anywhere else!
