The folks at Precision are always watching out for you. They never pressure you but make sure you know what your options are. Awesome place to take your car.

As always I received courteous service while waiting for my oil to be changed. Where else can you go to have your engine oil changed and surf the internet.

I've been coming to this shop exclusively since 1979. I trust what I'm told and trust all will be done right. I cannot complain about 1 wrong repair in these 30 + years. I began when living in Pleasanton but stayed with this shop through living in San Ramon another 10 years. Now I live even further away these last 14 years but I still have my work done with Precision Auto Repair. These people are the BEST!!! If there is a complaint at all... it is they are now so busy I have to schedule and plan ahead.
