It seems quite unbelievable that I enjoy going to an auto repair shop! Kevin Green & Ben Freitas in the front office are so incredibly professional and put all customers at ease. I wish I could get my recall notices and my Michelin PAX tires done at Precision so that I didn't have to visit the dealer at all! I will never go anywhere else.

I had some questions based on information I had gotten from a dealer. Ben not only answered my questions on the phone, but provided me with information that the dealer had withheld. He also gave me a phone number so that I could call the corporate office of my car manufacturer. He helped me out a lot!
First trip to Precision Auto with my wife's Toyota Sienna was good. We did an oil change and had a leak in the cooling system repaired. Cost was fair and we got the car back quickly. Its a little out of the way but a trust worthy mechanic is certainly worth the trip.
Even though we moved up to Pollock Pines, we still prefer our cars to be maintained by Precision. It's always nice to see Ben & the other guys!!!
