This place was recommended by a friend as I was new to the area and didn't have time to vet a new shop. Been to this place twice. The first time I went I made an appointment. They picked me up and dropped me off in between. It was great and the driver was very friendly. The second time I came, I called and did not have an appointment. and Ken (the associate at front) helped me out and squeezed me. I was in and out in no time. They didn't overcharge or try to up sale a single thing. I was surprised as it has the typical auto shop/tool shop 🛞 hypermasculine male energy that you sense at your local Home Depot. I was pleasantly surprised no extra costs considering I was a hen (female) in a rooster (male) house 🏡 you ... know sometimes these places they try to cluck the clueless females out of 💴 💰 💵 sometimes ... but none of that nonsense here. Hallelujah! 🙌 Also, they have a nice waiting room for you even have stuff for kids and a computer 🖥️ to surf the internet while you wait. Very accommodating and professional. They go the extra mile to make the costumer comfortable. If you need your car serviced I'd trust this shop any day!

Scheduled a 60k service for an Acura TSX. It was completed well before the promised time. Their shuttle dropped me off and picked me up efficiently. The service manager made an effort to explain the recommended repairs for other wear found during their inspections - fortunately nothing urgent.

Kevin is very helpful and knowledgeable on all the services that are required to keep my 4Runner in good shape. I trust this shop immensely

I had a really good experience with them. My car was showing engine light, and they were able to just reset the light. The cause of engine light was probably a dead battery jump start and then replacement I had to do a few days back. I find them very reliable and will be using their service going forward.

Precision is my go-to place for all repairs on my 2009 Honda Odyssey. Each and very repair has been done with excellence. The last two times I have called back even before I got the car home just to say "Thank you" for a job absolutely well done. They are the best!!!
