I dropped off our 2015 Lexus GS 350 for a 7am appointment to check out the brakes and also do a quick overall vehicle inspection. Kevin asked if I needed a ride home, but I had already planned to just run. We bought this car in March and it was the first time that we have brought it in to Precision Auto Repair for service. As I was leaving the shop, a technician was already taking the car out for a road test. About an hour later, Kevin called to let me know that the car looked great and the front breaks were down to 5% and the rears down to 15%. I decided to have all four changed out, and Kevin sent me a text message at ~1:30pm letting me know that the vehicle work was done and ready to be picked up. This car is the latest of several cars that I have been bringing to Precision Auto Repair for probably over 15 years now. The service has always been great and I plan to continue bringing my cars there and recommending them to all of my local family/friends that need great service.

Once again, Precision Auto resolves my issue quickly and professionally. My tire blew out from a HWY 680 pothole late Thursday. I had my car towed to Precision Auto, left my keys in the drop off box, and my tire was fixed on Friday. No fuss. I’ve been a customer many years and this is just another example why I stay a customer.

Calling for service required within 24 hours was accepted with no issues. Dropped the car off and received a call to discuss service requirements within 30 minutes after opening. Kelly discussed requirements and called me readily when the car was done. Upon pickup, Kelly explained all transactions of the service. BTW, he was festive for the occasion. All good
