I had a up coming appointment and was in the area a few days earlier. I called to see if they can add me in same day. They did! I was able to drop off the car and get a ride home (the driver was very nice). They are always straight forward about what is needed for my car- what should be done immediately and things that can wait. Sometimes it’s intimidating walking into an auto shop as a woman who doesn’t know a whole lot about cars. They are honest and do a great job of making you feel comfortable.

I was recommended to the shop by a collision shop that I used previously and I'm 100% satisfied. They communicated throughout the process they let me know up front what to expect and then communicated throughout the process. The turnaround was pretty fast because I was only getting my lights checked and the bulbs are placed, but what made me really happy is it didn't try to oversell me or charge for things that were not needed. I've had my lights redone before because they're over 10 years old and it only lasted a couple of months they made suggestions for the bulbs instead of the headlight casing but I've never had such good visibility at night having this kind of result without being oversold was really nice and a complete 180 from the experiences I've had with dealerships
