There just is no other Auto Repair shop that can equal their quality or service! I have been a customer for nearly 25 years (3 Hondas, 2 Acuras, 1 Toyota). They do all the routine scheduled maintenance and the occasional "odd item" that never seems to act up when you bring it in. They have worked with me on these items, kept me informed and have been more than fair in pricing for their investigative work. I have always found Kevin, Ben and Tyler to exemplify professionalism, courtesy and integrity. They have earned my trust and my continued business.

Thank for Renee's reminder and I need to drop what I am doing at work to give Tyler a call. Tyler explained: (1) Door slamming: Tyler says no excuse. (2) Fighting among Jason and Kevin: Tyler says communication problems among themselves; Jason works there for 5 years and Tyler says he is a good mechanic. I appreciate Kevin for asking Jason to be more careful with my car. (3) Tire pressure: Tyler says ignore the sensors unless there are extreme differences among the tires. I can also adjust it using my tire gauge. (4) Auto light: Jason needed to turn off while servicing my car; Tyler says there is no excuse for not turning back to auto. (5) Forgot to road test: we did not discuss. I thanked Tyler and he thanked me back. I am not sure what has been resolved.
