I'd always taken my Prelude and Prius to the dealers for service in the past, but a friend recommended Precision when I moved to Pleasanton and I am happy I made the switch. They've done a great job with both of my cars and work with me on my schedule. I like that I can just call up and ask for Kevin and he clearly explains what my car needs and I get a fair price and good service. And Peanut is adorable!

As always I had great service from the staff at Precision Auto. I only had an oil change but was met with friendly staff andI was in and out in no time. I definately recommend this repair shop. I have been going there for many years and with different cars and always leave knowing they do the best job.

This business has set very high expectations and we have never been disappointed. The not only understnad customer service, they also understand customer satisfaction!!
