We are always completely satisfied with the work done at Precision. Front desk help (Kevin and Ben) are courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgable. This is a business that pulls no punches. We are always told what needs to be done and what doesn't or can wait. The entire staff is very customer focused and does quality work. If they can find a way to save customer money while providing quality work, they will. We feel so blessed to have found this repair shop and have used them exclusively for 19 years. All 3 of us would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work done ethically.

My Honda has been serviced at Precision over 10 years now and I keep coming back because the service is outstanding. I asked for an oil change while I waited- I had an appointment. Ben told me it'll be about an hour or no more than 90 minutes. I was out the door in 1/2 an hour. Great service, great people.

I had scheduled an appointment for my brakes but my brakes didn't cooperate! Ben & Kevin & Tyler worked to get me an appointment right away when I called in and made the "screechy brake noise" over the phone. They advised me about safety, etc. It means so much for peace of mind when your car is serviced by people you can trust!
