Quick and smooth service for oil change!

Greeted professionally, with courtesy by Ben as usual. Work was completed as scheduled. We have been going to Precision for years and years, and will not go anywhere else for auto service.

Did the job but I had some oil leakage. I took the car back. They fixed it in one day. Gave my wife a loaner car and we got the car back the same day without a charge.

Automotive service doesn't get any better than at Precision Auto. I've been a customer for 10 + years and have never had a bad experience. They don't overcharge and don't advise service or repairs if they're not needed.

PA is friendly, informative, truthful, accommodating, efficient, excellant workmanship. The lobby is clean, neat, smells good, coffee service, computer service and television. The best part is they "listen" to the ladies who are the customers and don't put them down.

Found out that a Civic Hybrid has 8 spark plugs, and they are not cheap! But, you only have to change them every 110,000 miles, so not so bad. But, any major service on a car these days is going to run $400-600, so be prepared. As always, Precision's Ben was helpful and accomodating. We made an appointment on the telephone, and everything was done on time and under budget. That's why I take all four of my family's Hondas and Toyotas to Precision.

Coming here for years. Always treat me well, keep my cars running their best, provide tips as to upcoming that I should know about. Very satisfied. I'll be back.
