Our 2005 Prius was serviced and delivered on time. My only question is "do all the car's fluids really need to be replaced every 30,000 miles?" That seems excessive and wasteful of all the expensive fluids. This increases the volume of fluids that need to be recycled, and increases the cost of the service.
