Just took my Honda Civic in for routine scheduled maintenance closing in on 50,000 miles. As usual, I experienced friendly help at the front desk, outstanding service, and a ride to work for free. Can't think of anything negative to say about any of my visits to Precision Auto - wouldn't get my Civic serviced anywhere else.

I have been taking my cars here for the last 8 years and I will continue to take them there in the future. Kevin and Ben are treat me like an old friend, no matter how it has been since I was in. They are honest and answer all my questions and the quality of the work is top notch. They also get things done when promised.

Once again, Precision Auto did a great job servicing my car; this time 90K mile maintenance. They were courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable regarding all the questions I asked. These guys are top notch!

Wow, I have never been more impressed with a mechanic/auto body shop in my entire life. I have a Honda Civc that usually my brother, the mechanic takes care of in his spare time and although I would normally have him take care of the services needed for my car, I will more than happily return here for any major service needed. I first took my car to Honda of San Leandro for a tune up and oil change because I noticed that it sounded terrible, the steering wheel was vibrating and when I put the car in reverse it sounded even worse. When I took it to honda, they told me that two of my engine mounts had collapsed and that they needed to be replaced and would cost upwards of $700. Needless to say I was very apprehensive and wanted to get a couple second opinions as well as talk to the auto body shop that repaired my car from a previous accident. After about two months, I decided that I couldn't wait around any longer and that if I wanted to keep my car in good condition for the next 100,000 miles I needed to suck it up and get it taken care of. I asked a few of my friends and since we just moved to Dublin I really didn't know where to take my car other than Honda. My friends had recommended Precision and said they always take their cars there and that its usually done super fast and they help you find better deals and options to make it more affordable. So we called and they said bring it in, early is best because they get super busy. Kevin, was nice and called when he said he would. They even have a shuttle service which was nice, because I wouldnt have had a way home otherwise. So after evaluating the car, he told us that they would have to order the parts since Honda doesn't normally carry them in stock, which was fine. So here I was thinking that oh great I wont have a car till at least Friday. We dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready on Wednesday! I was ecstatic, Honda would never have the car back to me that quickly! And not only that but when I went back to pick up the car, I checked in on yelp and got a 10% off my service, which was awesome. And to top it all off, I only paid $600. Talk about a good deal and great service. This is THE place to take your car if you need any kind of service on it! Great people!

I am always very happy with the expertise and service of your team. My only concern this last week was that I had made an appointment for a service at 9:00 am and arrived on time but my car did not get pulled into the service bay untul 10:00 am - one hour later. I had an appointment at 10:30 and had to cancel as I didn't leave your place until 10:40 am. I was told the service only takes about 30 minutes [which it did] so thought that scheduling another appt at 10:30 would not have been a problem.If you team could let customers know they are running late or short staffed thus giving them the option to decide to take advantage of your shuttle service, it would be more helpful. No one said anything to me.

Service was excellent as usual! Just so honest, efficient, accommodating, & thorough! I just wish they were open Saturdays!
