We have been coming to Precision for 10 years now. My wife only puts 12,000 miles per year on the vehicle, but it is her baby. We come in every two years for a major service. This time we had the timing belt, water pump etc replaced at 175,000 miles. The service was professional and courteous. Precision will enable our investment to reach 300,000 for sure.

It is rare to find a car service company that is both reliable and trustworthy. The Honda and Toyota car owners in the Tri-Valley are lucky that Precision is, indeed, very reliable and trustworthy!

Precision is great. Don't see them very often, but they still treat me like family. I'd recommend them to anyone with a Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus. Anyone else, I can only offer my sympathies.

As always my appointment went smooth as silk. But one thing I truly appreciate is the fact that they educate you about your vehicle but they don't push when something needs to be done. In the past at other shops they assume that females are dumb and not educated about their car, this is not the case at Precision. Thanks Kevin
