Drove the van in to have brakes checked. Repairs were made while I waited. Waiting room has gourmet coffee, internet access and iMacs available for use.My wait was almost 2 hours but time went by pretty quickly. Wonderful service, great job!

A five - star review for gold star service! My daughter blew the engine in the hoopdie car my husband drives twice a week - once to get to work on Monday and again, on Friday when he drives home - as he drives a company truck the balance of the week. this little beater car is perfect for doing just that because its economical and sits all week in an unattended lot. After the engine was blown our choices were to: 1- replace it 2 - buy a new car but making sure it was reliable but unappealing to those that may see it sitting day after day unatteneded. Shopped around for new cars and got MULTIPLE quotes for rebuilt engines. Feeling very unsure about what to do due to cost, my husband comes home telling me about a quote he received from Precision Auto. Best price we had heard so feeling just "OK" with it we go ahead. WOW!!! Say it again with me, "WOW!!!" We pick up the car a week later and I kid you not the little Toyota runs like a Corvette! In fact, once we throw a paint job on it I might drive it around now and then! The work done at Precision EXCEEDED any expectation my husband had and FAR exceeded mine! We got a great deal at a steal of a price! Tyler is honest and fair and I dont ever find myself saying those two words to describe auto shop or the people who work there and I really can say that I TRUST this place. He went over everything he did, there were NO hidden costs and no surprises - when it comes to repairs on my cars, please dont surprise me! I highly recommend Precision Auto - in fact, we live about an hour away from the shop but I will NOT ever take any of our cars to anywhere but Precision. I'd give more stars if I could!

I needed a diagnostic test about the side airbags and was quoted a fair price. When I returned for the car, they said it didn't take as long as expected to locate the problem, and only charged half the price. Its rare to experience that kind of honesty. A few days later, I had to go in for a minor job, and they didn't even charge me at all. Thanks very much, Precision!
