My car died and I had to get it towed. I wouldn't consider towing it to any place except Precision. They quickly discovered what the problem was, and fixed it.Once again, Precision was a joy to deal with. Thank you!

As always my appointment went smooth as silk. But one thing I truly appreciate is the fact that they educate you about your vehicle but they don't push when something needs to be done. In the past at other shops they assume that females are dumb and not educated about their car, this is not the case at Precision. Thanks Kevin

I dropped in for an oil change, got in and out quickly, and got some honest advice regarding my older car's needs - which services can wait (and how long), which are more urgent, approximate cost, and discounts to take advantage of. As a female, I always feel like the staff is there to help me, and is honest; I never feel they take advantage of me. They're the best!

Just took my Honda Civic in for routine scheduled maintenance closing in on 50,000 miles. As usual, I experienced friendly help at the front desk, outstanding service, and a ride to work for free. Can't think of anything negative to say about any of my visits to Precision Auto - wouldn't get my Civic serviced anywhere else.
