Oil change in at 8am and out by 9am as promised. Used the wi-fi while I waited.

Precision Auto has been our "go to" repair place for the many Hondas we have owned over the years. We have moved out of the East Bay but make the drive to have our Honda serviced there.

We have been having our Honda's serviced there for over 30 years, and I think that speaks for itself.

I'm typically scattered (couple of kids pulling things in every direction) but one the (rare) occasions that things are quiet here I know a hawk from a handsaw and these guys are really good.

I contacted PAR by phone to get an estimate for work on my wife's 2005 Lexus - timing chain and water pump. The estimate was much less than what we were quoted by the dealer. They did the work and also replaced a couple additional belts and the total bill was $70 less than the original quote on the phone call. They alos provided a loaner car, it was a very pleasant experience.
